Zlib Deflate & Inflate

Compress text into a zlib stream (RFC 1950) or inflate one back. Zlib wraps DEFLATE in a two byte header and an Adler-32 checksum, and usually starts with 78 9c . Compressed bytes are shown as Base64 or hex.
