LZMA Compress & Decompress

Compress text with LZMA or decompress it back. This is the alone format the lzma command line tool writes — a properties byte, a dictionary size and a length, then the stream — and what xz --format=lzma produces. It is not the .xz container. Compressed bytes are shown as Base64 or hex.
